FAQ
What is your turnaround time for edited galleries?
Our turn around time is 60-120 business days (Wednesday-Sunday) and can vary depending during our busiest months in the year (April-December)
We want to ensure we give EACH and every session OR wedding our full attention and 100% of our art poured into crafting your galleries. We do not like to rush your photos, or ourselves as this can cause mistakes or unnoticed flaws.
How do you back up our photos / films and how long do you keep them?
We have several copies of your session / wedding backed up on hard drives to keep them safe.
We will hold onto your photos and films for 1 year, and the next year we will ask if you would like anymore and remove them from our drives after that!
Will you be photographing / Filming my wedding / session or do you hire others?
Maddy & Caleb Carter will be the ones to photograph & film any session, wedding or event that may take place! We do not hire others (other than an assistant day of for us) to do any work!
Do you edit our photos / films or do you outsource your work?
We do NOT outsource our work. Caleb and Maddy are the sole editors of any and all Marah Media work!
where are you located?
We are located in BELFRY, KY but we travel and will work with you on location!
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, we love to travel!
Do you offer destination weddings?
Yes, and we LOVE them!
Do you offer just photography?
We offer both PHOTO and VIDEO! We love video and the feeling of emotion it brings to a session! Its even better when a client books photo & video because they get a matching set for their gallery! We have different packages and options for both and would love to chat more!
Do you offer add-ons for packages?
Yes! We also offer them for bundling as well!
Can you bundle any package together?
Yes! You can mix & match any package you like!
Do you offer "mini" sessions?
We love to offer mini sessions seasonly, and we promote our mini sessions on our social sites such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads etc! Be sure to like and follow our accounts to stay up to date and catch our next mini session!
Do you offer a sneak after our session?
We post a social media sneak after your wedding or session if we aren’t completely busy! While we typically do sneaks, we do not promise them or offer as an additional to any package. This is because we cannot guarantee we will not be booked everyday away from our drives to post any sneak in a timely manner.
